专利说明:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a dowel loop for use in refillable joints between wall and other reinforced concrete elements. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Dowel loops form a concrete reinforcement and loop reinforcement in the casting joints of concrete elements, which supports the structure and increases the durability of the joint, thus enabling the successful installation of the elements without breaking the concrete. The dowel loop normally comprises a housing and a wire loop attached to the housing, the housing having a gripping loop on one side and the ends of the wire loop attached to the other on the other side by an anchor piece.
It is previously known to use two dowel loops in thicker elements. This in turn results in additional material costs and time when multiple dowel loops are installed on the elements.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is thus to develop a dowel loop so that the above-mentioned problem can be solved or mitigated. The object of the invention is achieved by a dowel loop which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims. Brief description of the invention The invention is based on the fact that one housing has several wire loops. The advantage of the dowel loop according to the invention is a better strength resistance, whereby a smaller number of dowel loops is sufficient to achieve the same strength resistance compared to a dowel loop with only one wire loop. E List of Figures N The invention will now be described in more detail in connection with preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: N Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a dowel loop according to the invention as seen from a side wall of a housing;
Figure 2 shows the embodiment of Figure 1 as seen from the open side; and Figure 3 shows the embodiment of Figure 1 as seen from the end wall of the housing.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figures 1-3 show an embodiment of a dowel loop according to the invention comprising an elongate housing 1 with a bottom wall 4, two side walls 7 and two end walls 8. Figure 1 shows a dowel loop seen from the side wall 7. Figure 2 shows a dowel loop seen from the open side of the housing 1. Figure 3 shows the dowel loop seen from the end wall 8.
The dowel loop according to Figures 1-3 comprises a bent housing 1, which may be made of, for example, steel sheet. The housing 1 can be manufactured, for example, by mechanical cutting and bending into a shape. The housing 1 can also be made by welding the walls together. The housing 1 may have two side walls 7 and two end walls 8 projecting from the bottom wall 4 at an angle of less than 90 degrees with the bottom wall 4 of the housing 1, and the side opposite the bottom wall 4 remains open. In some embodiments, the side walls 7 and the end walls 8 may form an angle of 90 degrees or an angle of more than 90 degrees with the bottom wall 4. In some embodiments, the side walls 7 and the end walls 8 may form at different angles with the bottom wall 4.
Three wires made of high-strength steel are threaded through the housing 1 through one or more holes in the bottom wall 4 of the housing 1. The holes can be, for example, pairs of holes 6. The wire is formed as a wire loop 2 which is threaded through the pairs of holes 6 so that the ends of the wire loop 2 are fastened to each other by an anchor piece 5. 2 ends joined together. Prior to mounting on the element, the gripping loop 3 remains inside the housing 1. The anchor piece 5 S can be any piece connecting the ends of the wire loop 2 to each other, for example a press sleeve. The wire loop 2 can be placed in the housing 1 so that the gripping loop 3 forms, for example, 30-50% of the length of the wire loop 2.
N One or more holes in the bottom wall 4 can be, for example, S pair of holes 6. Hole pairs 6 are drilled or cut near the end walls 8 N of the housing 1 so that two pairs of holes 6 are close to one end wall 8 and one pair of holes 6 are N close to the opposite end wall 8. This layout allows the gripping loops 3 to fit inside the housing 1 when bent for transport from the factory to the construction site. The location of the pair of holes 6 can be, for example, a 1 cm housing
The second pair of holes 6 may be, for example, 1 cm from the first pair of holes 6. Seen from the width direction of the housing 1, the holes of the pairs of holes 6 may be located for example 30-35% of each side wall 7 of the housing 1 so that the distance between the holes 6 is -40% of the width of the housing 1. The total length of the housing 1 can be, for example, 18 cm or 22 cm, and the total width 5 cm and 8 cm, respectively.
The open part of the housing 1 can be covered with a removable fastener (not shown in the figures), which can be, for example, tape, and the gripping loop 3 is provided with a spring-like part (not shown) so that the fastener holds the gripping loop 3 inside the housing 1 and straightens grip loop 3 when the bracket is removed. The spring-like portion may be, for example, a spring or an elastic part in or attached to a wire loop 2 which is biased to straighten the gripping loop 3. Alternatively, the plastic deformation of the wire loop 2 keeps the gripping loop 3 bent inside the housing 1 and the gripping loop 3 straightened. In this context, plastic deformation means that when a force is applied to the wire loop 2, it does not return to its original shape but remains in a new position. In other words, when the wire loop 2 is straightened, it remains straightened without external forces.
In some embodiments, the diameter of at least one wire loop 2 threaded through the dowel loop housing 1 is larger or smaller than the diameter of the other wire loops 2 threaded in the same housing 1. For example, smaller wire loops 2, e.g. 5-6 mm in diameter, may be threaded through two pairs of holes 6 in one end wall 8 and a larger wire loop 2, e.g. 7-8 mm in diameter, may be threaded through one pair of holes 6 in the opposite end wall 8. Correspondingly, only one dowel loop 2 with a smaller diameter than the others can be threaded through the housing 1. In some cases, each wire loop 2 of the same housing 1 has a different diameter, for example 5 mm, 7 mm, and 9 mm.
> The dowel loop housing 1 is mounted vertically on the element at a certain = distance so that the two dowel loops of the opposite wall element are connected by a steel bar through the gripping loops 3. The shear strength E of the dowel loops perpendicular to the seam, i.e. the wall element, is obtained on the same principle through the oblique compression and the traction of the pair of dowel loops. The values obtained, which are used as the traction of the pair of dowel loops, are obtained through the joints parallel to the seam. Under the action of the shear force in the direction of the seam, the oblique compression is at an angle of S 35 of about 45 * and thus the horizontal force generated in one loop, i.e. the force to be anchored, is equal to the corresponding shear force per dowel loop.
For thicker elements, two dowel loops with one wire loop must be used. The advantage of a three-wire dowel loop is that it can replace two dowel loops, because the durability of three wires is considerably better than that of one or two. During the installation phase, a three-wire dowel loop can be installed in the seam of one element so that the end wall of the two pairs of holes 6 is at the top. Correspondingly, a three-wire dowel loop can be mounted on the seam of an adjacent element so that the end of the two pairs of holes 6 is at the bottom. Thus, the steel bar passes through three plus three gripping loops 3 and provides better durability results compared to one plus one gripping loops.
The solution according to the invention reduces material costs and speeds up installation time when it is desired to join thicker concrete elements to each other, because instead of using two single-wire dowel loops, one three-wire dowel loop provides better durability with less work and more cost-effectively.
